Unlike the countless taco, burger, and grilled cheese trucks, Guerrilla Street Food is serving up something unexpected: Filipino cuisine from a black truck based in the Gateway to the West. While the menu regularly changes with specials rotating in and out, you can nearly always count on the signature Flying Pig — slow-roasted pork asado, chilis, calamansi, and sriracha, served over rice and topped with a sous vide egg.
