What happened when naan bread met the taco? Well... the name says it all. The Naaco Truck is Cowtown's most colorful food truck, serving up four different styles of naan flatbread tacos: Bhaji (chickpea fritters), Goan (beef vindaloo), Panchy Pig (5-spice pork), and Delhight (butter chicken). All four come with toppings tailored to their various flavors, possibly even supplied from the garden on the roof. Also on offer are Mogo chips, a variety of iced teas, and S'moresas — their take on the s'more. Lest you feel bad about eating from a gas-guzzling vehicle, rest assured that the Naaco is also the first LEAF certified food truck in Canada.
