We can think of a few reasons why skaters and people that enjoy the culture might want to come to *cough* Denver *cough*, but at the top of the list is the Denver Skate Park. Located in LODO and considered one of the best in the country, this enormous park boasts 60,000 square feet of concrete terrain, a water fountain for staying hydrated, bowls for every conceivable style and skill level, and a street course with multiple elements like ledges, rails, banks, and hips. It's open from 5 am to 11 pm, with lights that come on after sundown, and best of all, it's completely free.
