Driving in New York City can be a pain — so when you're ready to trade the red lights of the city for some open road, the Monticello Motor Club will be waiting. Located 90 miles outside of Manhattan, this private racetrack offers 4.1-miles of race-grade asphalt set on 175 acres, and plays host to a variety of high-performance driving experiences. Memberships aren't cheap — they run anywhere from $30,000 to $125,000 for initiation plus annual dues — but you can get a one-day trial pass for $2,500 so you can try before you buy.
