Keeping it real — which, in the case of record stores, generally means "local and independent" — isn't just a trend at Boo Boo Records. It's practically been the store's credo since its opening in 1974. Now settled into a 5,000 square foot store that dwarfs the 300 sq. ft. original, Boo Boo carries CDs, DVDs, t-shirts, posters, books, and other collectibles, as well as guitars and the occasional piece of audio equipment. Oh, and vinyl. Tons of vinyl, so much so that it covers nearly every inch of the store's walls. Bonus points if you can name all the covers.
