Named after the owner's Dad's aunt, Götan Maailma — Göta's World — is a must-visit if you find yourself in Finland. This part shop, part art project, part museum is filled with oddities and curiosities of the highest order, from taxidermied animals wearing hats and various skulls to old photos, bottles, interesting tools, random housewares, and religious artifacts, all tastefully arranged into interesting still life poses, and many transformed by the owner into one-of-a-kind works of art. Basically, it's what you'd expect Indiana Jones' attic to be like, if he, faced with the permanence of immortality, lost his mind and started collecting dead animals and objects off the side of the road.
