It's true that many books come in square format, but luckily for lovers of all literature, Square Books also sells books that don't conform to the Instagram-approved shape. Founded in 1979, this vast bookstore is spread across three separate historic buildings, with the different areas used to house a children's section, a lifestyle section, and a store with more traditional shop with literary fiction and a strong focus on books on the American South and by Southern writers.
