You might question the need for a mobile coffee solution in a town with a Starbucks on seemingly every corner, but then again, you likely haven't tried a cup from The Coffee Trike. Run by an Australian native and former United States Barista Championship competitor, the Trike is a full-service espresso bar, offering lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, and more, with the coffee coming from The George Howell Coffee Company in Acton, MA and the milk from Mapleline Farm in Hadley, MA.
