Decrying the decline of the local record shop? If you live in Charm City, it's alive and well at The Sound Garden. Unaffiliated with the band of a similar name, this depot nonetheless deals in music, offering the city's largest selection of new and used vinyl and CDs, as well as DVDs and Blu-rays. As with any store of its ilk, browsing can be a multi-hour affair — especially if there's an in-store concert — but if you need help finding what you're looking for, or simply don't know what you're looking for, the friendly staff is more than willing to point you in the right direction.
