We don't typically frequent country and western bars, but when we do make a visit, we like to make sure they're as authentic as possible. And by authentic, we mean live music, cold beer, and a place to tie of your horse out front. The 11th Street Cowboy Bar offers all this and more. The self-proclaimed "Biggest Little Bar in Texas" is housed in an old, wood-framed building with a porch out front and a giant dance floor and patio out back. There's almost always live music playing, and if you arrive on the right evening, you can bring your own steak, chicken, or pork and grill it up yourself — the bar will provide the rest.
