Bakusyu Club Popeye

Tired of the typical Kirin, Sapporo, and Asahi you find at most Japanese bars? Take a ride to Ryogoku station and head to Bakusyu Club Popeye. This beer pub is well known for its selection of beers, boasting over 70 on tap, as well as three cask ales. While the vast majority of their selection is made up of hard-to-find Japanese microbrews, they also offer some Belgian, German, and American beers; they also have a Hops Heart injection system that infuses your beer with extra hop flavor. Oh, and don't forget about the food, which isn't fantastic, but is an interesting mix of Japanese stables and traditional pub food.
