You've got to have a good sense of humor to name your bar after an evangelist and noted Prohibition supporter — and so it is with Billy Sunday. This Logan Square spot uses an assortment of hard-to-find liquors and rare ingredients to make lovely versions of old standbys — including one simply named "Cocktail" — as well as more modern concoctions, including a rotating selection of house-bottled carbonated drinks. The food's not too shabby, either, with selections including steak tartare, asparagus salad, baked gnocchi, and a killer banana pudding.
