As you might expect from the name, Flight Wine Bar specializes in offering pairings of three carefully-selected pours. Located in Corn Hill Landing along the Genesee River, this Flower City spot's flights aren't limited to wine, with trios of cheeses, meats, olive oils, and even chocolates on the menu. They're joined by a healthy selection of wines available by the glass, and a small selection of craft beers — small, but reasonable. It is a wine bar, after all.
