Hunting's not for everybody — but should you consider yourself an outdoorsman, you owe it to yourself to belly up to the bar at Foster's Bighorn. Opened in 1931 by an avid big-game hunter and former bootlegger, this off-the-beaten-path spot is taxidermy heaven: over 300 specimens adorn the walls, with trophies ranging from elephants and giraffe to fish and birds, and everything in between. A handful of beers are available on tap, and should you get hungry, don't forget to try their deep fried asparagus.
