Named after the Aztec goddess of the Agave, this East Village spot boasts a muy impressive selection of tequila and mezcal, and as you might expect, those liquors provide the foundation for the majority of the lengthy, inventive cocktail list. Just be sure to get there early — the place doesn't accept reservations.
