Incredibly complex cocktails are great — but sometimes all you want is a good, simple, stiff drink. And when that's what you're looking for, Neat is the place to go. The low-key interior — think updated dive with just enough class to let you know that it's not an open-at-9, drunk-by-2 kind of spot — belies the care with which the bartenders treat the hundreds of top-shelf labels sitting behind them. There aren't any menus, but don't worry if you don't know what you want — simply give the bartender an idea of what you're looking for, and they'll take it from there.
