The name used to refer to the Prohibition movement, but now Noble Experiment describes quite the opposite — one of the country's best cocktail bars. Hidden away in the back of Neighborhood restaurant, you simply push on the right side of the keg wall to enter this modern speakeasy. Inside, you'll find seating for 35, a wall covered with thousands of gold-plated skulls, a huge Swarovski crystal chandelier, slow-melting ice carved to order, and a seasonally-rotating list of drinks that includes the "Dealer's Choice" — tell your bartender what you like, and they'll craft a drink for you based on your preferences. Just don't forget to make reservations first.
