There are plenty of bars that can distract you with tons of TVs, an over abundance of games, or other non-essential glitz. Novare Res Bier Cafe suffers from none of the above. This cozy, friendly bar is all about the beer. As in 25 rotating taps, two hand pumps, and over 500 bottles. Thankfully, they also boast an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you navigate the beer list, but should you become overwhelmed — or simply want a change of pace — they also offer a short list of scotch, whiskey, rum, and tequila, a small selection of wine and mead, and a simple food menu highlighting meats and cheeses.
