Great name, great beer, great atmosphere. That pretty much sums up The Thirsty Monk. This downtown establishment boasts over 50 constantly-rotating taplines, roughly 200 bottles, and two-story setup, with primarily Belgian beers available downstairs and mostly American craft beers on the second floor. Of course, monks also eventually get hungry, so the Monk also offers a limited menu of bar-style selections, almost all of which are made with beer.
