We've all seen James Bond order vodka martinis on the big screen — but as it turns out, that wasn't his original drink. It was the Vesper, a concoction of gin, vodka, and Kina Lillet that was laid out in detail in Fleming's first Bond novel Casino Royale. Fittingly, the Vesper Bar is located inside a casino — The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, to be exact — and of course offers a perfect version of its namesake drink, along with a slew of other dangerously delicious libations. Come for the booze, stay for the people watching — the bar is located between the lobby and the casino floor.
