Not that you'd want to make a habit of it, but you have to like a bar that's voted Best Bar to get Day Drunk. Also, who even has that as a category? Anyway, Woody's Rum Bar & Island Grill is indeed a great place to grab a cool libation, no matter what time of day it is. As you might have gathered from the name, this Fells Point spot specializes in rum and rum-based drinks, but also has a decent selection of island-friendly beers, as well as a food menu that's similarly light, with plantain chips and fish tacos among the standouts. Last but not least, there's the terrific harbor views, which are some of the best in the city.
