Maybe it's just us, but we think it's rather funny that a hotel named as such is located inside a former prison. Set on Beacon Hill, The Liberty Hotel's granite exterior and interior remain largely unchanged since the building was completed in 1851 — and that includes the 90 foot tall central atrium that serves as the core of the hotel. Expect to find exposed brick walls and wrought iron elements inside, as well as modern furnishings, no less than five drinking and dining establishments, and spectacular views of the city around you.
