Well, that's name's pretty accurate. Fletcher's Brooklyn Barbecue is a new Gowanus establishment offering freshly-smoked meats to discerning crowds. While it's still in a semi soft-opening mode, it's offerings are quickly expanding, with St. Louis ribs, chopped pork, brisket, chicken, beans, slaw, pickles, vegetarian chili, and mac and cheese among the items seen over the last couple weeks. Just plan on getting there early — they close when they run out of food.
