The building is historic — but the food and drinks being served up at Justice Snow's are anything but. Housed in the 1880s-era Wheeler Opera House, this space occupied by this restaurant and bar was completely renovated in 2012, retaining a rustic, vintage feel while bringing it up to modern standards. The food menus are filled with modern dishes inspired by locally-sourced ingredients, while the drinks are created with the utmost care. Here's an extra tip: if you're likely to be ordering a drink or two, try and snag a seat at the bar, where you'll have access to the full, encyclopedic cocktail menu, as well as the bartenders, who are experts at creating one-off drinks based on your preferences.
