Flour + Water quickly became one of the toughest reservations in San Francisco — not even Steve Jobs could simply show up and get a table — so when we heard their team was opening up a new deli, we were understandably excited. Salumeria is the result: a half store, half deli that's a must for Bay Area-bound meat lovers. In addition to its signature, house-made salumis and prosciuttos, it also offers a curated selection of cheeses, oils, honeys, and other essentials, as well as a limited menu of antipasti, salads, pates, cheese, meats, and sandwiches. Oh, and be sure to stop by on the weekends for one of their pasta kits, which include fresh pasta from Flour + Water, recipe cards, pasta sauce, and a suggested wine pairing.
