You might guess that the best barbecue in Texas was in Dallas. Or Austin, or Houston, or San Antonio. And according to some folks, you'd be wrong every time. A strong contender for that accolade goes to a little place roughly halfway between Austin and College Station. Snow's BBQ is an unassuming spot that serves up delicious food in a simple setting. The menu is straight forward, with brisket, sausage, chicken, pork, ribs, slaw, beans, and potato salad. That's it — but that's all you really need.
