Driven by memories of his parents' Phillips 66 Truck Stop Cafe in Big Spring, James Beard Award-winning chef Stephan Pyles created this unique eatery offering modern takes on family recipes. Menu highlights include barbecued brisket, chorizo-stuffed quail, and tamales. Oh, and be sure to keep an eye out for the porch-like area, the moon and stars on the ceiling, and the standalone margarita and taco bar.
