We know what you're thinking — why are we writing about a small festival in a town of 2,100 when there are so many other things to do? Well, it's probably because Daft Punk will be launching their first new album since 2005 at the Wee Waa Show. Apart from the Daft Punk performance — only 4,000 tickets will be available, and they go on sale this Friday — this weekend-long festival (May 17-19) also features horse events, clowns, a talent competition, a pet show, a sawing competition, fireworks, and a demolition derby. Because who cares about two faceless French guys when there's cars to be smashed, right?
