This unique East Village shop offers a huge selection of vintage shades and frames dating back as far as the 1700s, as well as some of the most striking modern designs available. And should you find yourself tired of trying on glasses, they also carry vintage clothing, including one of the best men's selections in the city, with plenty of bow ties, pocket squares, suspenders, and cufflinks. Even if you don't plan on buying anything, it's worth a stop just to check out, and makes an ideal spot to kill some time while you're waiting on your table at Momofuku.
