Charlie's Bar

Founded in 1941, Charlie's Bar is still a must-see stop for many a Caribbean cruiser. Known for its incredible collection of tchotkes, knick knacks, and other memorabilia that adorns the walls, ceilings, and restrooms, it also offers good, cold, cheap beer, tasty island drinks, and a varied food menu that includes steaks, jumbo shrimp, and, of course, fresh local seafood. A tip for those visiting for the first time: the Honeymoon Sauce isn't for the faint of heart, so unless you're ready for some heat, we'd recommend steering clear. [Scouted by Gary]
