A quick trip down the scotch or whiskey aisle at your local liquor store should show you that some booze is better when it's aged. But what if you aged entire cocktails instead? That's exactly what happens at Clyde Common. Known for its ground-breaking house-aged cocktails, you can expect to find at least two selections that have been aged for two months in Tuthilltown whiskey barrels, as well as plenty of other cocktails, an impressive list of absinthes and whiskeys, and a food menu that rivals anything served up at the bar.
