It's not that hard to find a good bar in a big city — but bars dedicated to sustainable practices are hard to find anywhere. Meridian Pint aims to reduce its impact on the Earth by selling only American craft beers, serving mostly craft beer, composting the bulk of its waste, and sourcing as much of its food as possible from local farmers. Of course, being green isn't everything, so it's a good thing that they also happen to offer a massive beer list, a choice selection of American craft whiskies, and a food menu that's bar-friendly without being bar-quality.
