This West Ghent spot only opened a couple years ago, but has quickly built a reputation for offering a solid lineup of craft brews, the majority of which are imported — and thus lesser-known than their domestic counterparts. Over 20 taps, a cask handle, and a menu of imported and grilled cheeses round out the offerings; if you're in the mood for both beer and cheese, consider stopping in on a Friday for their special Pairing Menu.
