Don't expect to be sipping out of a bottle here. Tony's Darts Away doesn't serve bottles. Or cans, for that matter. As a low-waste bar, all beer, wine, and sodas are served via a draught system that includes 40 beer taps. They also take local sourcing seriously, as all that beer, wine, and soda comes from the California, as does the meat and bread they use for their sausage sandwiches. [via]
