If restaurants were judged on height alone, Fluke Wine, Bar & Kitchen would undoubtedly be the best in town — and it's not doing too badly as it is. This three-floor downtown spot offers great views of the harbor — particularly from the third-floor bar — and serves up a variety of modern American cuisine that ranges from small plates of cheese, charcuterie, shellfish, and salad to larger servings of seafood, steak, chicken, pork, and game. Add in the sophisticated interior, above-average wine list, and tasty cocktails, and you have all the ingredients for a great meal.
