Located in the middle of nowhere, this hole-in-the-wall eatery's remote location allows them to use a special purging process that cleans hand-selected crawfish over a 24-hour period, resulting in a richer, more savory flavor. As fancy as that sounds, there's nothing else fancy about the place, which features family-style seating, unpretentious presentation, cold beer, and a tasty Bloody Mary.
