Experienced road trippers know that some of the best eats and best times can come from taking chances on rough-looking spots. The Indian Pass Raw Bar is one of those spots. Housed in a former gas station, this hole-in-the-wall takes advantage of its location not far from the Gulf to offer up some of the best seafood around, including fish, gumbo, steamed shrimp and crab legs, and, of course, raw and baked oysters. With cheap, cold draft beer to wash it all down, it's as authentic a Floridian seafood experience as you'll find.
