This unassuming hardwood smokehouse offers up the aforementioned brisket and pulled pork, as well as Memphis-style ribs, tri-tip, hot sausage links, and of course traditional sides like corn bread, mac & cheese, beans, and slaw. If you're really lucky, you'll be able to order a bacon-infused special like the bacon-wrapped smoked burnt ends or "Piggy Nuggets", which are hunks of pineapple- and rub-marinated pork tenderloin that are wrapped in bacon and then smoked.
