It's one thing to claim you make the city's best burgers, and something altogether different to make that your URL. Yet that's how serious Sobelman's Pub & Grill are about their cooked meat. All their fresh Black Angus beef patties are served hot on freshly baked country butter rolls, made exclusively for Sobelman's. Lest you think that they've forgotten about the "Pub" side of things, know that the restaurant itself is located in on of the original Schlitz taverns, and offers up a monstrosity known as the Bloody Masterpiece: a vodka Bloody Mary garnished with a brussel sprout, celery, onion, mushroom, cherry tomato, lemon, pickle, shrimp, sausage, cheese, olive, green onion, asparagus, and a slider-sized bacon cheeseburger. Oh, and it comes with a beer back.
