Normally when you head to a restaurant, you have a choice of one menu — the one they're serving. At The Standard Copenhagen, you have a choice of three, because the building actually houses three separate eateries. The choices include Almanak, a modern Danish joint, Verandah, a contemporary Indian restaurant, and Studio, a Nordic spot helmed by ex-Noma chef Torsten Vildgaard. Oh, and when you're done eating, head over to the namesake jazz club that's under the same roof, offers a full bar, and hosts two shows every night.
